Rayuela Bistró is a contemporary restaurant in Asunción's Zona Mariscal that pays homage to Paraguay's territory, ingredients and culinary culture, with the ambition of positioning them at a world-class level.

Conceived under standards of excellence, the restaurant takes shape through the vision of chef Tatiana Czajkowski. Born in Corrientes, she built an international career across Dubai, Monaco, Washington, D.C., and Buenos Aires before selecting Asunción for her next chapter. Her perspective guides every decision from sourcing local ingredients to the detail of each dish.
