Horqueta Yards is a residential development created by CRED in Buena Vista, Horqueta. Designed as an architectural ring around a private park, the project fosters an environment where nature and everyday life dialogue in balance.

Clean lines, noble materials, and a curated integration of greenery define the spatial experience, where interior courtyards and landscaped terraces prioritize natural light, openness, and a seamless connection with the outdoors.

At Poise, we developed the visual identity, communication strategy, and digital launch for the development, crafting a sophisticated brand universe that conveys its serenity, architectural quality, and residential value.
